Encounters in a communicative atmosphere
As “meeting place” the Neumarkt District Administrative Office is open to everybody. From press conferences to conferences through to theatre performances, banquets and festivities: much is conceivable and possible in the large, light-flooded hall of the District Administrative Office. The modern hall on the ground floor has wheelchair access and can accommodate up to 250 persons. Large window fronts – naturally with blackout facilities – offer a view of the neighbouring green area. The view and the beautiful, unassumingly homely ambiance enable a pleasant working atmosphere. The latest conference and event technology is available, from beamer through to the lighting and sound technology and a flexible stage. There are also two smaller and one larger conference rooms (B1, B2 and B3) that can also be hired. Depending on the seating, the largest of the three rooms, B3, can accommodate up to 90 persons.
In addition, the spacious foyer of the District Administrative Office can be used. It can also be joined with the hall if desired and is particularly well suited for art and other exhibitions as well as for the positioning of information stands. It should be noted here that the foyer is generally accessible to visitors to the District Administrative Office.
The location of the Neumarkt District Administrative Office in Nürnberger Strasse is extremely central: the Neumarkt Old Town with its places of interest and museums, shops and restaurants is just a few minutes walking distance away. The “Neue Markt” with shopping centre, multiplex cinema and hotel is situated directly opposite. Access by car is also completely without problems, as the Autobahn exit Neumarkt is just five kilometres away.
